Elmer (James Denton), a Civil War deserter, and Luke (Chris Kattan), a heartbroken cowboy, are captured by a corrupt Wild West sheriff (Matt Besser) and thrown in jail. Elmer and Luke escape and rob the sheriff while he's in the saloon. As they make their way out of town, the pair meet Sue (Navi Rawat), the niece of a famous Native American warrior. She tells them that her uncle has cursed the entire region and infected it with a plague that turns people into flesh-hungry zombies.
